Sweet Potato Cranberry Bake

Ingredients
1 can (1-1/8 lb.) | sweet potatoes, drained | 1 can (8-1/2 oz.) | crushed pineapple, drained | 1 | lg. egg | 2 tbsp. | butter, melted | 1/2 tsp. | salt | 1 dash | pepper | 1/4 tsp. | ground nutmeg | 1/2 cup | canned whole cranberry sauce | | Additional whole cranberry sauce, for garnish |

Instructions
Whip together the sweet potatoes, crushed pineapple. Add the egg and butter, spices and mix well. Gently swirl in the 1/2 cup canned whole cranberry sauce. Spoon into 8 greased ramekins. Top each with one tablespoon of the remaining whole cranberry sauce. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
