Ingredients
Dough
4 | egg yolks | 1 can | evaporated milk | 1 tbsp. | white vinegar | 1 | cake yeast or | 2 pkg. | dry yeast | 5 to 6 cups | flour |
Filling
1 lb. | ground walnuts | 4 | egg whites | 1/4 to 1/2 cup | sugar, to taste | 1 to 2 tbsp. | milk |

I could not get them stiff enough to roll out. They tasted good but looked horrible.

Instructions
Dough:
Mix first four ingredients together. Add flour until a soft dough forms.
Filling:
Mix all ingredients until spreadable. Roll dough out in sugar to about 1/4" thick. Spread with filling. Cut into wedges. Roll each wedge up, beginning at wide end. Roll in additional sugar if desired. Bake at 350°F about 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Author's Comments
Freeze well. Taste just baked if reheated in microwave about 10 or 15 seconds.
