1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup dry mustard
1 dash salt
1 lg. egg
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender, process 20 seconds or until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Pour mixture into a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened; cool completely.
