Instructions
Rinse shrimp under cold water, drain, and place in bowl. Add wine and sesame oil to shrimp and mix well, making sure the shrimp is nicely coated. Let it sit for about 15-30 minutes. Depending on the size of your shrimp, there should be enough wine and sesame oil to coat the shrimp, but not cover it.
Meanwhile, mince the garlic and chop the onions. Heat oil in pan until hot. Once the oil is hot, dump the shrimp in (wine, sesame oil and all) and saute for about three minutes. Then add garlic and green onion. Saute until shrimp is done - about 15-20 minutes. The shrimp will release lots of liquid - it's ok. After shrimp is done, keep the heat on, and pour on the ketchup. If you like, you can add a tiny bit more ketchup until there is a nice saucy coating. Serve with hot white rice.
