Sweet and Sour Pork

2-1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
1-1/2 lb. lean pork shoulder or
chops

Instructions

Brown pork. Mix remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until thick. Pour over cooked pork. Add pineapple, green pepper and onions. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer.
