In a large mixing bowl, cream together the margarine, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Peal the bananas and drop into the mixture; mix well (some small banana chunks are okay). Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder; stir into the peanut butter mixture. Use a cookie scoop or drop by the spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 13 to 16 minutes - they will not be golden brown when removed from oven. As they set they will turn slightly firm. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for two to three minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.

KID TESTED......YUMMY!!!! They are very very soft cookies. If you love Peanut Butter and Banana sandwiches you will love these cookies. Enjoy!!
Not bad but rather bland. I can see young children liking this for you can not "see" the healthy ingredents and it's sweet enough to be likable. IF I ever made this again, I would add chocolate chips! A good option for those over ripe bananas!
I made these cookies tonight and hubby was impressed. He doesn't like crunchy cookies. I will probably be making these again. They are soft and chewy and very tasty.
i made the cookies yesterday. they taste better this morning. very soft and moist. we added chocolate chips and a little extra brown sugar . will make these again!!!!!
Add an extra banana for flavor and make sure u sprinkle sugar on top or add a banana liquor instead of milk because as is the cookies are a little bland--almost like a banana bread vs a cookie and the addition of a chocolate kiss on top extra bonus :)
