Instructions
Mix cornstarch with cold water in pan and bring to a boil, stirring until thick and clear. Remove from heat and stir in strawberry flavored gelatin and 16 packets of sweetener; set aside to cool.
Slice strawberries into pie shell and sprinkle remaining 4 packets of sweetener on top. Pour cooled gelatin mixture over strawberries; chill. Prepare whipped topping according to directions on package; spread topping on pie and chill until ready to serve.
