Stuffed Potatoes

10 to 12 servings

5 lbs.	white potaotes
4 oz.	Velveeta cheese

As much as you want of the following

	Bacon bits
	Sour cream
	Salt and pepper
	Chives or
	green onions
	Butter
	Any other desired stuffing ingredients

Peel and par boil potatoes. Put into oblong baking dish. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bake in oven at 350°F until potatoes are soft.
