In a Kitchen Aid mixer with dough hook combine all dry. In a bowl you can pour out of mix all liquid at room temp. On stirr pour liquid in at a moderate pace. add water/flour as needed to make a soft dough. Knead for 5 to 8 minutes. Form a dough ball and place in greased bowl. cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm spot for 2 to 2.5 hours. When doubled in size divide into four peices and form four rounds. place on lighty greased and corn mealed cookie sheet. Cover with a towel and place in a warm spot for another 2 to 2.5 hours. Brush with water and slash an # in the top. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes or internal temp of 190°F. Cool and enjoy.

Dont handle the dough much while making the rounds and the dough should be a little stiff. If not it will spread out while rising.
