Ingredients
1 lb. | chopped chicken | 3/8 oz. | hot (holy) basil leaves | 3 | hot chilies, chopped | 7 oz. | string beans, finely chopped | 1 tbsp. | chopped garlic | 2 tbsp. | fish sauce | 1 tsp. | black sweet soy sauce | 2 tbsp. | cooking oil | 1/2 cup | water |

Instructions
Add cooking oil to the wok and heat. Add garlic, chilies, fish sauce and water; cook for 1 minute. Add string beans, soy sauce and basil; stir and cook until basil is slightly wilted.

Substitute tofu to make this a vegetarian dish.
