Stir-fried Chicken with Hot Basil (Pad Krapow Gai)

|1 lb. ||chopped chicken|
|3/8 oz. ||hot (holy) basil leaves|
|3 ||hot chilies, chopped|
|7 oz. ||string beans, finely chopped|
|1 tbsp. ||chopped garlic|
|2 tbsp. ||fish sauce|
|1 tsp. ||black sweet soy sauce|
|2 tbsp. ||cooking oil|
|1/2 cup ||water|

Add cooking oil to the wok and heat. Add garlic, chilies, fish sauce and water; cook for 1 minute. Add string beans, soy sauce and basil; stir and cook until basil is slightly wilted.
Substitute tofu to make this a vegetarian dish.
