2 lbs. beef cubes
6 to 8 white potatoes
8 to 10 carrots
1 stalk celery
4 tbsp. tapioca pudding
2 tsp. sugar
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 md. onion
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 can water

Instructions

Clean and cube all vegetables. Add beef. Mix soup and water. Pour over meat and vegetables. Sprinkle with pudding, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bake at 325°F for 3-4 hours in covered casserole.
