3 sticks cinnamon
1 tbsp. cloves, whole
1 tbsp. allspice, whole
1 apples
1 orange, sliced
3 lbs. apple cider

To Serve

1-1/8 cup peach schnapps

Instructions

Place cinnamon, cloves, and allspice in center of cheesecloth square and tie corners together to make a bag. Core apple and cut into rings. Combine all drink ingredients in 2-quart saucepan or slow cooker. Simmer over low heat at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. To serve, add 3 tablespoons schnapps to each 8 oz. serving. For a non-alcoholic version of this "spirited" drink, simply serve without the peach schnapps. Any leftover cider will refrigerate well.
