| 1 lb. | cottage cheese | | 1-1/2 cup | mozzarella cheese, grated | | 1 | egg | | 1 pkg. (10 oz.) | frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained | | 1 tsp. | salt | | 3/4 tsp. | oregano | | 1/8 tsp. | pepper | | 1 jar (2 lbs.) | spaghetti sauce | | 8 oz. | lasagna, uncooked | | 1 cup | water |

Instructions
In large bowl, mix cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper. In a greased 9x13" baking pan, layer 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/3 of noodles, and 1/2 of cheese mixture. Repeat. Top w/ remaining noodles. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese. Pour water around edges of baking dish. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bubbly at 350°F. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
