1 lb. | boneless pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick) | 1/3 cup | Kikkoman soy sauce | 1/4 cup | minced green onions (scallions) and tops | 1 tbsp. | sugar | 1 tbsp. | sesame seed, toasted | 3 tbsp. | water | 1-1/2 tsp. | minced fresh ginger root | 1 tsp. | Tabasco pepper sauce | 1 clove | garlic, minced |

Instructions
Slice pork into 1/4 inch thick strips. Place pork in a large Ziploc storage bag and return to refrigerator while preparing marinade.
Whisk all ingredients (except pork) together in a medium-large bowl. Pour mixture over pork that is in the bag. Seal bag and knead pork around in the marinade. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Transfer pork out of marinade and into a shallow baking pan. Set oven rack to middle of oven and broil pork on high for 3 minutes. Remove from oven, turn pork over, and continue broiling for an additional 2 or 3 minutes, or until pork is cooked through.
