Instructions
Cook rotini according to package instructions. Heat pasta sauce in a medium saucepan until simmering. Mix in ground beef, vegetables and spices; continue to simmer. Drain pasta and rinse with warm water. Dish out pasta and coat with pasta sauce.

Serve with salad.
What gives this pasta dish its unique mexican flavor but yet still keeps it Italian is its green pepper flavor throughtout. It is loaded with vegetables.
