2 cups | chicken, cooked and chopped | 2 cups | rice, cooked and cooled | 2 cups | celery, chopped | 4 tbsp. | onion, chopped | 2 cans | cream of chicken soup | 1 can | water chestnuts, sliced | 1-1/2 cup | mayonnaise | 1 pkg. | Stove Top stuffing | 3 oz. | butter or | | margarine, melted |

Instructions
Mix together the first 7 ingredients. Place in a casserole pan. Top with dry Stove Top stuffing (discard seasoning packet). Drizzle butter over top and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
