Brown first 4 ingredients together. Drain any fat if needed. Mix in remaining ingredients and cook on the stove top for 5 minutes to heat through. Transfer to a cassarole dish and bake at 350°F for about two hours, stirring every 20 minutes or so. Add a little water if it looks like its drying out. When done you want it to run a little, not just glop on the plate.
This recipe goes wonderfully with my North Carolina Barbeque Sandwiches!!
