Sopressata Pizza

1 recipe pizza dough
1 recipe pizza sauce
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 slices provolone cheese
6 slices sopressata
Freshly grated parmagiano-reggiano cheese


Preheat the oven to 450°F. Spread the dough out on a pizza tray. Ladle the pizza sauce onto the dough and spread to the edges. Baste the outer edge of the crust with olive oil. Sprinkle the minced garlic onto the pizza sauce. Place the provolone cheese on the pizza, and top with the sopressata. Grate parmagiano-reggiano cheese over the top of the pizza. Place in the oven for 12 minutes.

I&#039;ll take a sopressata pizza over a pepperoni pizza any day of the week.<br />

Make sure to use sandwich-sized slices of provolone and sopressata.
