Smoothy Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup | butter, softened | 3/4 cup | granulated sugar | 3/4 cup | firmly packed brown sugar | 2 | eggs | 1 tsp. | vanilla | 2-1/4 cup | flour | 1 tsp. | baking soda | 1/4 tsp. | salt | 1 pkg. (11-1/2 oz.) | chocolate chips | 1 cup | chopped walnuts |

Instructions
Place chocolate chips into a freezer until very firm. Place frozen chocolate chips and chopped walnuts into an electric blender or food processor and chop very briefly. Beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl with and electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chip and nut mixture. Drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
