Smoked Trout Potato or Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. | hot smoked lake trout | 6 cups | cooked and diced potatoes, or | | cooked macaroni | 1/2 cup | chopped green onions | 1 cup | diced cucumber | 1 cup | diced celery | 2 cups | mayonnaise | 1/4 cup | milk | 2 tbsp. | minced parsley | 1 tbsp. | dill weed, dried | 1/4 tsp. | pepper | 2 tbsp. | lemon juice | 12 | cherry tomatoes | 12 slices | cucumber | | Parsley, for garnish |

Instructions
Flake fish and mix with potatoes or macaroni, onions, cucumber, celery, parsley and dill. Combine mayonnaise, milk, pepper and lemon juice. Pour over fish mixture. Toss salad gently. Garnish with cucumber, tomatoes and parsley.
