1/4 lb. hot smoked lake trout
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. finely chopped chives
1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped pimento
Pepper

Instructions

Mix the ingredients and spread on the crepes. Cut crepes into quarters and roll up. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
