1 can (1 lb.) smoked red salmon or
sockeye
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 whole jalapeno
1 cup mayonnaise
4 oz. cream cheese
2 cups chopped walnuts
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Emeril's Bam
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 dash Worchestershire sauce

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a blener; form into a ball. Roll ball in chopped nuts and refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve with your favotire crackers or chips.

Learned how to smoke salmon at my Uncle's Fish camp across from Homer, Alaska in the early 70's. Picked fish, set nets and learn how to take care of the days caught.
