Smoked Salmon Paté

8 oz. smoked salmon, chopped
4 oz. cream cheese
Salt
Pepper, freshly ground
1-1/2 cup butter, melted
2 sm. lemons, juice of

Instructions

In a blender or food processor mix together salmon and cheese until smooth. While blender is still running gradually add melted butter and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to dish; cover and refrigerate until 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon wedges and watercress. Serve with thin slices of bread or crackers.
