20 lbs. | ground beef | 4 | lg. onions, chopped | 4 | lg. green bell peppers, chopped | 4 cups | chopped celery | 1 cup | brown sugar, packed | 1 cup | spicy brown mustard | 4 cups | ketchup | 2 cans (12 oz. each) | tomato paste | 4 cans (15 oz. each) | tomato sauce | 1 cup | vinegar | 2/3 cup | Worcestershire sauce | 100 | hamburger buns |

Instructions
In a large Dutch oven or pan, brown the beef, onions, peppers and celery in batches until meat is browned. Remove mixture with a slotted spoon to a large roasting pan. Discard fat. Stir together the sugar, mustard, ketchup, tomato paste,tomato sauce, 6 cups water, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir into meat mixture. If too thick, add up to 2 cups more water. Cover and simmer for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve on the buns.
