1 can (14 oz.)
stewed tomatoes with mexican seasonings

hamburger buns, toasted
Instructions
Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium/high heat. Add beef, chili powder, bell pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Brown meat; drain fat. Stir in seasoned rice vinegar; cook until thickened, about 8 minutes. Spoon mixture onto buns and serve immediately.

P.S. I found Nakano seasoned rice vinegar in the vinegar section, sometimes it's hard to find. It can be used with lots of recipes.
I halved it for two; worked out great. My husband thought it was a little too "hot" but I really liked it! (I'll adjust the seasonings next time so it's not as hot.)
