1 lb. | lean ground beef | 1 | green bell pepper, chopped | 1 | md. onion, chopped | 1 | md. zucchini, chopped | 1 can (8 oz.) | tomato sauce | 2 tbsp. | ketchup | 1 to 2 tsp. | Worchestershire sauce | | Salt and pepper | 4 | English muffins, split in half and roasted |

Instructions
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium high heat, stir until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain off fat. Stir in green pepper, onion, zucchini, and tomato. Cook stirring occasionaly, until onion is tender (about 5 minutes). Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes. Spoon mixture over muffin halves and serve open faced.

Great for kids, especially when they bring their freinds over. Can be made ahead of time.
