Seared Salmon with Roasted Pepper Mayonnaise

1 jar (7 oz.) | roasted red peppers, drained | 1/2 cup | mayonnaise | 1 tbsp. | fresh lemon juice | 4 (7 oz. each) | salmon filets | | Salt and pepper, to taste | 4 tbsp. | butter |

Instructions
In a food processor puree peppers, add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Process until smooth. Chill.
Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon and saute until just opaque in center, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to serving plate. Serve with a dollop of Roasted Pepper Mayonnaise as a garnish.
