10 md. potatoes, halved
3 ears corn, cut in 1/3rds
1 ring kielbasa, cut in chunks
2 to 3 lemons, quartered
1 lg. onion, quartered
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Instructions

Combine stock ingredients in large pot or several large pots using enough water to properly cover all recipe ingredients that will be added. Bring Stock to boil.

Add potatoes and corn. Return boil and boil for 5 minutes. Add kielbasa, lemons, onion, garlic cloves. Boil 7 minutes.

Finally, add clams, mussels, and (optional) crab. Bring to boil. Allow to boil 5 minutes. Add shrimp and simmer till clams and mussels open. Strain out liquid and pour onto butcher paper placed on the table. I prefer to sprinkle with a little more Seasoning mix to add more spice. Serve with melted butter, warm bread, and beer or iced tea.

ENJOY!!!

After eating an awesome seafood boil at the CrabHouse on the Seattle Pier. I experimented with different ideas until I came up with this recipe. What makes it fun is dumping it out on the table covered with butcher paper and letting everyone have at it. I make it on occasions were I have a lot of guests. It's super FAST and everyone who loved seafood loved this!!

This was an incredibly easy and tasty recipe. I did use Old Bay seasoning rather than the spice mix suggested. My dad said it was the best shrimp he had ever eaten...quite a feat for a man who has spent his whole life with crab/seafood boils on the Delmarva peninsula! It's our menu for Father's Day this weekend and we're all looking forward to it!
