1 can (1-1/8 lb.) creamed corn
3/4 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup coarsely crumbled crackers
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 jar pimientos
Butter

Instructions

In large bowl mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased dish (1 or 2 quart
dish). Put a few small pieces of butter over the mixture. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 minutes.

My son has asked for me to make this again, and said it tasted just like how grandma made it. That in itself makes it good.
