2 cups corn
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt
1 tbsp. sugar
Cracker crumbs

Instructions

Use canned or fresh corn. Beat eggs. Add milk, cream, butter and seasoning. Turn into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake at 350°F until firm and browned on top, about 1 hour.
