2-1/2 lb. broiler/fryer chicken
2 tbsp. butter or
margarine, melted
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. fresh savory or
1 tsp. dried savory

Instructions

Place chicken, breast side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Combine butter, lemon juice and savory; brush over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 375°F for 1-1/2 hours or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with the pan drippings.
