Sammi's Grilled Chevre Log with Spicy Green Sauce

Ingredients
10 oz. | chevre log (French goat's cheese) | | Mixed salad leaves | 12 | cherry tomatoes, halved | 3 tbsp. | flaked almonds, toasted |
Spicy Sauce
3 to 4 | spring onions, trimmed and very finely chopped | 1/2 | green pepper, deseeded and chopped | 4 tbsp. | fresh coriander, finely chopped | 15 | fl. oz. extra virgin olive oil | 1 | lemon, juice of | 2 to 3 | Tabasco sauce | | Salt and pepper, to taste |

Instructions
Cut the cheese into 4 thick slices and place on a piece of foil on a baking tray. Arrange salad leaves on 4 serving plates and dot with tomato halves.
To make the spicy sauce, mix together the spring onions, green pepper and coriander. Stir in the oil, lemon juice, tabasco sauce and seasoning.
Place the slices of cheese under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned and bubbling. Place 1 slice of grilled cheese in the centre of each salad and top with spoonfuls of spicy sauce. Sprinkle the salads with the toasted almonds and serve immediately.
