margarine
2 cups Oregon hazelnuts
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

Melt butter in skillet and add hazelnuts. Stir over medium heat until lightly toasted, approximately 5 minutes. Add salt and sugar and stir for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until sugar carmelizes over hazelnuts.
