1 pkg. angel hair pasta
1 lg. can salmon
Parmesan Sauce
2 tbsp. margarine or
butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 dash pepper
1-1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

In a small saucepan melt margarine or butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat till thick, stir 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese into cooked sauce till melted and bubbly. Cook pasta to pkg instructions, drain and set aside in a bowl. Cook and drain broccoli florets Drain can of salmon and break into bite sized chunks. Mix the broccoli, salmon and pasta in a bowl, mix in the parmesan sauce until pasta is fully coated. Serve with a salad.
