| 1 | lg. salmon filet or | | 4 | sm. salmon steaks | | 1-1/2 cup | water | | 1 dash | salt and white pepper | | 1 dash | paprika | | 1 tbsp. | butter | | 1 tbsp. | cornstarch | | 1 | lemon, juice of | | 1/2 cup | finely chopped fresh dill |

Instructions
Poach fish in water with salt, pepper and paprika. When fully cooked, remove fish from pan. Add butter to liquid. When melted, add cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water. When sauce becomes translucent, add lemon juice and dill. Bring to a boil and pour over salmon. Serve with boiled new potatoes and steamed asparagus.
