14 oz. salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 tsp. liquid barbecue sauce
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup walnuts or
pecans, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Combine all except nuts and parsley. Shape into a log and roll in the nut mixture. Serve with crackers.
