Put all ingredents in large metal bowl. Wisk until smooth. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
By part is by ratio. You could use 1/2 cup vinegar to 1 cup of the rest of ingredients to give 3-1/2 cups of dressing. Or you could go by gallon and come up with 3-1/2 gallons.
