3 lbs. | ground chuck | 6 cloves | garlic, minced | 1/4 cup | barbecue sauce | 1/4 cup | Worcestershire sauce | 1 tsp. | red pepper flakes | 1 tsp. | Lowry's Seasoning Salt | 1/2 tsp. | pepper | 1/2 tsp. | hot pepper sauce (optional) | | Crackers, crushed | | Your favorite barbecue sauce | 12 | hamburger buns (onion flavor prefered) |

Instructions
Put all ingredients into a bowl, except crackers. Mix well with hands. Add crushed crackers until mixture reaches desired consistency; mix well.
Mold mixture into twelve 2-inch balls. Pat gently in hands into burger shape.
Place burgers on grill over low-medium flame. Flip every 3-4 minutes. Baste with your favorite barbecue sauce after each flip.
