1 lb. hot smoked lake trout
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
Freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Lettuce leaves

Instructions

Break salmon into bite-sized pieces and add sour cream, onion, parsley and celery salt. Season with pepper. Serve in lettuce cups.
