Ruby's Potato Salad

1-1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled, diced and boiled
8 eggs, boiled
1 md. onion, diced
2 cups celery, sliced (optional)
1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

Sauce

1 jar (2 lbs.) mayonnaise
3 tbsp. mustard
1/2 jar (4 oz.) sweet relish
1/4 cup sugar
Milk
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Mix sauce ingredients together gently and let rest for 1 hour in fridge.

Fold sauce mixture into potatoes, onion and eggs. Add milk until creamy. Chill 1 hour before serving.
