12 oz. | rotini | 6 oz. | green beans, cut into pieces | 1-1/3 cup | chopped tomatoes | 3/4 cup | diced cucumbers | 3/4 cup | diced red or | | green peppers | 1/2 cup | sliced red onions | 1 can (6-1/2 oz.) | flaked tuna packed in water, drained | 1/3 cup | sliced olives | 1/2 cup | chopped fresh dill or | 1 tbsp. | dried dill | 5 | anchovies, minced | 1/3 cup | olive oil | 1/4 cup | lemon juice | 1/4 cup | balsamic vinegar | 2 tbsp. | water | 2 tsp. | crushed garlic | | Cucumber shavings, for garnish |

Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling water according to package instructions or until firm to the bite. Rinse with cold water. Drain and place in a serving bowl. Blanch green beans in boilng water approximately 2 minutes. They should still be crisp. Drain, rinse with cold water and add to pasta. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers, onions, tuna, olives, dill and anchovies.
Make the dressing:
In a small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, water and garlic. Pour over pasta and toss. Garnish with cucumber shavings.
