2 cups mayonnaise
2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 cup red onions, diced 1/8-inch
2 tbsp. capers, drained and chopped
1 tbsp. dried parsley
3 tsp. freshly chopped tarragon
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 1 tbsp. Tabasco, to taste

Instructions

Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for 1 hour for flavors to blend and serve.

I like it on blackened hamburgers with Swiss and some saute'd red onions.
