1 pkg. your favorite pre-packaged fudge brownie mix or
1 recipe brownies
Ingredients required pre-packaged mix as listed on the back or
to make brownie recipe
1 jar your preferred rasberry preserves (seedless)

Instructions

Prepare mix to batter stage as directed on package/recipe. Spread prepared batter into brownie pan or into individual muffin cups (non-stick recommended, no paper linings, lightly sprayed). Dolop a small spoonful of preserves onto the top of each individual cup or spoon overtop pan full of batter and swirl in lightly into batter. DO NOT MIX. Incorporate lightly only. Bake as directed. Cool and Serve. Yum!

Author's Comments

Variations of \\\"Blondie\\\" brownies or mixes containing chocolate chips, chunks, or nuts can be used if preferred. First Recipe, plain mix is recommended. May need to bake a few minuted longer due to change in batter consistency, preserves will thicken when baked. Do Not Overbake. Strawberry and Peach Preserves work well. Slice with wet knife for ease in serving. Excellent served with vanilla bean ice cream or fresh whipped cream.
