Quick Crab Luncheon Special

1 can (12 oz.) Alaskan king crab
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
8 halves English muffins
Paprika, to taste


Combine ingredients and spread on muffin halves. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350°F oven until bubbly and just starting to get brown (around 10 minutes). Serve with molded vegetable salad.

Oh Wow! This is fantastic!! I added a dash each of salt and pepper, and topped it off with some Creole seasoning. It got great reviews from those who tasted it too! I think I'm going to go make another batch right now!!!
