1. Whip cream cheese in bowl until fluffy.
2. Slowly add condensed milk to cream cheese. Mix well.
3. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
4. Pour filling into crust.
5. Chill for at least 3 hours before topping with fruit.
My wife has made this every year for my birthday for many years because I love it so much!!! (and her too)... She adds some slivererd almonds on top, but follows the recipe in every other way.
