Halve the avocado and remove the pip. Measure your Italian dressing in the avocado halves by pouring almost enough dressing to fill the depression left by the pip. Pour the dressing into a bowl, and scoop out the avocado flesh, then mash in the bowl with the dressing. Repeat for other half of avocado.

*If the oil-based Italian dressing is not available where you live, creamy Italian dressing makes an acceptable substitute.
