Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into butter mixture alternately with sour cream. Stir in raisins. Spoon batter into greased and floured pan. Bake at 325°F in center of oven for about 60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
