1 lb. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 pkg. Continental Cheese and Leek Soup powder
2 cups milk
1 tbsp. margarine

Instructions

Layer potatoes and onion in a greased baking dish. Blend soup with milk; pour over potatoes and dot with margarine. Bake at 190°C for 1 hour. Serve with barbecue.
