8 pork chops
1 cup rice (not instant)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 cup milk

Instructions

Grease 9x13-inch pan. Spread rice evenly over bottom of pan. In a bowl mix soup, milk and bouillon (dissolved in the 1 cup of water). Arrange chops over the rice. Pour the soup mixture over chops. Bake at 350°F for 1-1/2 hours.

Author's Comments

You can use 8 chicken breasts instead of pork chops if you wish.

i used noodles instead of rice this time. also fresh mushrooms, delicous! the rice is good too. thank you
