Pizza with Shrimp



8 servings



1 ready-to-bake pizza crust
10 md. shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
10 broccoli florets
10 cherry tomatoes
6 oz. sorrento or
mozzarella cheese, chopped
8 black or
green olives
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, finely chopped


Steam broccoli for 5 minutes and immediately place in ice water to halt cooking and retain color. Brush pizza shell with olive oil; squeeze cherry tomatoes and spread on top with mozzarrella cheese. Arrange shrimp, broccoli, peppers, sundried tomatoes and olives on pizza. Bake for 10 minutes at 450°F.
